- Call 651.773.0354. We will answer your questions, identify your concerns, and schedule your child's first appointment.
- Comprehensive Occupational Therapy Evaluation. An occupational therapist will complete an interview with you, to better understand your family's needs and priorities. The therapist will also evaluate your child, and identify areas of strength and concern. Play-based assessments will be used with younger children.
- Treatment Planning. The occupational therapist and you will discuss the results of the evaluation. Through a collaborative effort, an individualized treatment plan will be developed to meet the needs of your child and family.
- Ongoing Therapy and Progress Review. The initial treatment plan can be modified as goals are met, and new needs arise. Progress will be assessed at regular intervals.
We are a participating provider with most major health insurance plans. Occupational therapy is usually a covered benefit; each policy is different. For your convenience, we bill insurance directly.
