From the West
Take Hwy 55 East to Fernbrook Lane. Take a left on Fernbrook. At the first stop sign (Harbor Lane) take a left. Take the first left on Harbor Lane into our parking lot. Enter the building on the east side.
From the East
Take Hwy 55 West to Fernbrook Lane. Take a right onto Fernbrook Lane. At the first stop sign (Harbor Lane) take a left. Take the first left on Harbor Lane into our parking lot. Enter the building on the east side.
From the North
Take 494 South to the Hwy 55 exit. Go west (right) onto Hwy 55 to the next stoplight. Turn right onto Fernbrook Lane. At the first stop sign (Harbor Lane) turn left. Take the first left on Harbor Lane into our parking lot. Enter the building on the east side.
From the South
Take 494 North to the Hwy 55 exit. Go west (left) onto Hwy 55 to the next stoplight (Fernbrook Lane). Turn right onto Fernbrook Lane. At the first stop sign (Harbor Lane) turn left. Take the first left on Harbor Lane into our parking lot. Enter the building on the east side.
Please bring your child's health insurance card/s to your first visit. It is also helpful to bring any recent reports from other providers that may pertain to occupational therapy or related services, or to your child's diagnosis or condition.
